Not being able to sleep three or more days in a   week, inconsistency in sleeping, interruption in sleeping, sleep for a very short period of time, feeling tired after getting up and animated mood whole day long are the main symptoms of insomnia. Here  are  some  most  effective tips for you which can reduce your insomnia.
             •    Try to sleep at a fixed time and get up early in the morning everyday including holiday.
             •    Use the bedroom only for sleep.
             •    Before going to bed, listening to a song or reading books or saying prayer a bit can be helpful.
             •    Don't try to sleep by force
             •    Don't look at a time frequently.
             •    Try to sleep in a comfortable environment.
             •    If you are not asleep within a minute, get up and read a book or say prayer until you feel drowsy.

             •    Avoid hard labor, alcohol, cigarette, nicotine three or four hours before you sleep.
             •    Don't take rest more than half an hour at noon and try to manage that within 3 pm.
             •    Take supper minimum two hours before you sleep and if you get appetite again take a glass of milk then.
